Staff Development Training

What I Bring to Schools

I bring more than fifty years of experience as a teacher, school leader, mentor, and trainer. I have taught these strategies, lived them, and used them in my own classrooms and schools. My work is grounded in clarity, consistency, and the belief that every teacher deserves to feel confident, supported, and effective.
I provide professional development that is practical, research‑based, and immediately usable. My sessions motivate, encourage, and equip educators with tools they can implement the very next day. Whether I’m working with a single school or an entire district, my goal is simple: to help teachers reclaim instructional time and build classrooms where students thrive.

My Practical Strategies Help Teachers:
•     Create calmer classrooms
•     Ensure more time to teach
•     Reduce disruptions and repeated warnings
•     Strengthen relationships and classroom community
•     Increase instructional time
•     Build student motivation and engagement
•     Support new and veteran teachers with practical tools
•     Create classrooms where students feel seen, capable, and ready to learn
